I propose the following training packages - although I am entirely flexible to your needs and always seek to adapt to the client's specific situation. My preferred approach is always to invest some effort in discovery and 'knowledge of the client', and in tailoring the offering to the content, level and degree of support required.
AI Training for Beginners
End-user-friendly, non-technical AI training for beginners and improvers - available as single 'overview / introduction' modules or more comprehensive courses:
AI BAIsics for Beginners and Improvers
Introduction to AI - what it is, where it has come from; overview of market-leading tools; AI use cases, benefits and warnings; key skills.
Copilot BAIsics for Beginners and Improvers
Microsoft Copilot is, of course, one of the most widely-deployed AI tools - but also often one of the most under-supported and disliked by end users. However, its wide availability, richness of features and integration with Microsoft platforms and apps present a great opportunity. Copilot BAIsics introduces AI in a way that is particular to users of Copilot, illustrating the specific features and uses of this toolset.

AI Adoption for Teams
A hands-on guided learning pathway for functional teams to enable them to take AI beyond the theoretical ... to adopt and embed AI into their real work.
This is aimed at functional teams who work together in one business area (e.g. HR, Legal, Finance, IT etc)
Illustration:
A ten-week series of weekly training sessions, each 90 mins, with all participating members of a functional team. Plus a weekly 'drop-in clinic' session for trainees' queries.
Elements of BAIsics can be included, or not, as befits the cohort.
The team will be guided in acquiring and practicing skills, hands-on with AI tools. The ten week process takes them from identifying potential AI applications, to developing and evaluating solutions themselves, working in small groups or pairs, in between formal training sessions.
The aim is that they acquire skills and confidence, and have AI-based tools that they can use at the end.
The time requirement from each trainee over ten weeks is 2.5-3.5 hrs per week (90 mins training, one hour working on their applications, and optionally up to one hour in the clinic session, if needed.)

Leadership Advisory is entirely bespoke to your needs, whether you require regular contact and support, specific issues solving, or ad-hoc advice and guidance when needed.
Pricing
I propose a simple basis for pricing work based on a daily rate of £600 per day. All days worked towards preparing, delivering, supporting and following-up a training or advisory engagement are charged accordingly. Volume discounts may be available for bookings of over 50 days and up to 100 days. Additional services may attract an additional charge. Please approach me to discuss your requirement. I aim to be flexible and responsive and offer exceptional value for money.
